Regional Regulatory Compliance Training
RCSNE conducts one and two day off-site seminars throughout the year in the New England area. In addition to covering federal regulations, these interactive seminars will have a regionally specific tone addressing some of the state-specific statues which impact business in that region. We are qualified to address hazardous waste regulations in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, and New York.
We offer seminars and custom training programs for New England businesses. Classes are frequently held in Hartford, CT and central Massachusetts, including Springfield, MA, Worcester, MA, and Boxborough, MA. If you do not see an upcoming seminar in your area, send us an email using our online contact form, there is probably one in the works!
On-Site Hazardous Material Training and Certification
RCSNE will also come to you! We offer comprehensive employee training and certification at your location for groups of any size. We will provide a custom program for your facility addressing practices and materials that your employees see in the workplace, while still covering all of the necessary components of a well-rounded and compliant training program.
Don’t just walk away with a certificate and go back to the same practices which may make your organization vulnerable to regulatory scrutiny. Knowledge in the minds of the right people from a custom training program will ultimately improve your business environment and the bottom line. DOT Hazardous Material, EPA and State Hazardous Waste, and OSHA regulations are quite complex and filled with migraine inducing circular references. These sets of regulations are often mutually applicable to the proper management and disposal of hazardous waste, and compliment each other when instructed in a mutually inclusive format.
Hazardous Waste Consultant Services
RCSNE can conduct facility audits and recommend or develop compliance solutions specific to your business needs. Could your company pass a surprise inspection from your state environmental regulators? Are you properly storing and managing your hazardous waste? Let us tell you before they do!
Have a specific question that has been bothering you? Call us at 508-839-0200. We are a small New England business that understands what great customer service means.
Hazardous Waste Transporters
RCSNE provides custom training programs for licensed transporters of Hazardous Waste & Hazmat spill contractors – at your facility. All classes are designed and presented by an experienced instructor with years of hands-on personal experience.
The transportation and management of Hazardous and Regulated wastes is a very specialized industry. Employers with the permits and licenses to provide these services are required to train their employees extensively in many areas, including recognition and proper handling of hazardous materials and hazardous wastes. Business owners know they must provide and document this training, but those who take it a step further to ensure their people get the best training possible will rise to the top. Well trained employees possess the experience and knowledge to build customer confidence while avoiding fines and regulatory scrutiny.
VIRTUAL Regulatory Compliance Training
